Description of Service

Unforgettable Car AI provides artificial intelligence video generation software that enables users to upload portraits, apply the iconic sunglasses and UNO Reveal card transition effect, and synthesize personalized videos featuring dream luxury vehicles and environment scenes.

User Content & Consent

  1. You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload.
  2. You warrant that you own or have explicit consent from the individuals appearing in photos you submit. Uploading unauthorized images of others, minors without guardian consent, defamatory, or explicit content is strictly forbidden.
  3. Generated output videos produced through paid packs are delivered 100% watermark-free with full commercial publishing rights on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Purchases, Credits & Refunds

  • Video generation uses one-time packs ($9.9 for 1 video, $19.9 for 3 videos, $29.9 for 5 videos).
  • Credits are deducted upon initiating a generation task.
  • If a technical failure occurs on our rendering pipeline where no output is produced, the system will automatically refund your credits to your account balance.
  • Given the high computational GPU cost of AI video rendering, completed video renders are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered.

The underlying algorithms, interface, branding, and proprietary assets of Unforgettable Car AI are the intellectual property of our company. "UNO" is a registered trademark of Mattel, and "Unforgettable" is a trademark of its respective copyright holders; our service references community meme conventions and video format trends purely for descriptive and creative entertainment purposes.
